Your plan is one product at one tier. The sidebar hides whatever your plan doesn't include.

The four products

ProductWhat it turns on
CardsYour digital card (E-Card) with its QR code, wallet pass and contact form, the AI chat on the card, and the booking page
WhatsAppYour WhatsApp Business number, AI replies on it (automatic, or suggested for you to approve), and the booking link in chats
WebChatA chat box for your website, with AI replies, a pre-chat form and the booking link
All-In-OneAll of the above in one plan

Every product also gives you the Inbox for its chats, Contacts, Listings, Analytics and the AI tools: Train AI, Test AI and Behaviour.

WhatsApp plans don't include Meta's per-message fees. Meta bills those directly to your own Meta account.

The four tiers

Standard, Plus, Advanced and Business. Each step up raises your allowances: AI credits, contacts, WhatsApp numbers, website chats and seats. The numbers are on the pricing page.

Tiers also change what you can do:

  • Standard is for one person. Members, Roles and team analytics start at Plus.
  • Hiding "Powered by TapBrig" needs WebChat or All-In-One at Plus or higher.
  • Advanced exists on All-In-One only.

See what you have

  • Settings → Billing & plans lists everything your plan switches on under What's included, each with a link to where you use it.
  • Integrations shows WhatsApp and Website chat under Discover until you set them up, with Connect if your plan includes them or Upgrade if not. Only the owner, or a role with Manage billing, sees Upgrade.
  • Setup builds its tracks from what you bought, one for each product.
