  • Be the owner, or have a role with Manage billing
  • The card you want to use from now on
  • The failed-payment email, if you have it — its button leads to the same page

Spot the notice

A red strip reads Payment failed. and "Update your card to avoid losing access to your plan." Billing & plans shows a Payment failed chip. The addresses in the Billing row of Settings → Notifications are also emailed — otherwise the owner and anyone with Manage billing.

Pins 1 and 2 are on the same screen.

Update your card

Select Update card on the strip or on Current plan. It opens the secure billing portal: change the card, then return. Our payment provider retries automatically over the next few days. Once an invoice is paid, the strip and the chip clear by themselves.

3

Know what is paused meanwhile

Your plan and its features keep working, and so does the AI on your plan's own credits and any prepaid credit packs. These wait until the card works:

  • Pay-as-you-go past your plan's credits
  • Buying seats, numbers or website chats (giving some back still works)
  • Changing plan
4

If it can't be fixed

If the payment still can't be taken when the retries run out, the plan ends. The AI stops replying on every channel, and your website chat and WhatsApp number are switched off. Your card stays live, its contact form keeps saving leads and wallet passes keep working. Nothing is deleted: choose a plan and everything picks up where it left off.

The 7-day free trial ends the same way. Billing & plans shows Trial ended, a strip reads "Your trial has ended." and Choose plan opens the plans.
