I just want to try it — do I need to talk to sales?
No. The 7-day trial and the Standard tier are fully self-serve — sign up, train your AI, and go live. We're here if you want a hand sizing things, but you never need permission to start.
Do you offer onboarding for bigger teams?
Yes. Plus and above plans include onboarding sessions. Business tier gets a dedicated success manager and a 30-day white-glove rollout — send us a note and ask about it.
Can we get a custom annual contract?
Absolutely — we offer annual contracts on Plus and Business with built-in discounts and net-30 invoicing. Mention "annual" in your message and we'll send you a draft.
Are you in Singapore too?
Yes. Singapore team operates out of a coworking space in Toa Payoh; full local invoicing, SGD billing, and PDPC-aligned data handling. We're not yet a registered Pte Ltd — bills come from Reach & Bridge Sdn Bhd.
