Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want TapBrig to feel like a fair deal for small and medium businesses. This policy explains when Reach & Bridge Sdn Bhd will refund a payment, how to ask, and what isn't refundable. No fine print, no hoops.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're a first-time customer and TapBrig isn't working out, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge β€” no questions asked.

For annual plans, the 14-day guarantee covers a full refund within the first 14 days. After that window, we'll refund the unused full months at our discretion (partial months aren't refunded).

3. Recurring subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance β€” monthly or annually, depending on your plan. Once a billing cycle has started, we don't prorate refunds for partial months. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from app.tapbrig.com β†’ Settings β†’ Billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your subscription won't renew. No emails or phone calls required to cancel β€” one click does it.

5. Failed deliveries or outages

If TapBrig has a significant outage or fails to deliver a feature on your plan, we may issue service credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Reach out if you've been affected β€” we try to do right by customers when something breaks.

6. Add-ons

Add-ons like pay-as-you-go AI messages and extra seats are non-refundable once consumed. Unused seat allocations within the current period are not refundable but can be reassigned within your team.

7. WhatsApp Business API conversation fees

WhatsApp / Meta charges per-conversation fees that we pass through at cost. Because these are billed to us by Meta when a conversation opens, they are not refundable by TapBrig. Refer to Meta's pricing for current rates.

8. How to request a refund

Email hello@tapbrig.com from the email address on your TapBrig account. Include:

  • Your account email and company name.
  • Which charge you'd like refunded (date and amount).
  • A short note on the reason β€” helps us improve.

We process eligible refunds within 7 business days back to the original payment method. Bank settlement may take a few extra days depending on your card issuer.

9. Disputes & chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are a quick fix by email. Chargebacks cost both sides time and money, and we'd rather sort things out directly.
