How TapBrig compares
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and your workspace starts on a 7-day trial of every feature — no card. You get 500 AI credits shared across every surface, 1 seat, 1 WhatsApp number, 1 widget and 500 contacts. The WhatsApp number runs on coexistence, so it sits alongside the WhatsApp Business app you already use and answers real customers. One trial per account. If you haven't picked a plan by day 8, your card stays live and its contact form keeps saving leads, up to 500 — free, for good — and nothing is deleted. The AI, the website widget, the WhatsApp number and inbox, and new knowledge base documents pause until you pick a plan, which switches them all back on exactly as you left them.
What counts as an AI credit?
One AI-generated reply on any channel — Cards, WhatsApp, or WebChat. Customer messages, form submissions, and CRM views don't count. Only the AI's outgoing replies.
What happens if I exceed my monthly bundle?
When your monthly credits run out, the AI pauses and you're told. Turn on pay-as-you-go and it keeps replying: extra credits bill at S$ 0.09 each as they're used, capped at twice your plan allowance. Buying a credit pack up front is cheaper — packs start at S$ 72 for 1,000 credits.
Can I switch tiers or products mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades apply on your next billing cycle. Moving from individual products to All-In-One keeps your data, tone, CRM, and training intact.
How much do I save with All-In-One?
Up to about a third versus buying the three products separately, depending on the tier. On Standard: S$ 163 → S$ 139 (save S$ 24/mo). On Plus: S$ 407 for the three Plus plans → S$ 269 (save ~S$ 138/mo). You also get a unified inbox and shared AI brain across channels.
Do the prices include tax?
No. All prices exclude GST where applicable. Where tax is due, it's added and shown as a separate line on your invoice — so the plan price you see is the plan price, before tax.
Do Meta's WhatsApp message fees come through TapBrig?
No. Meta bills those straight to your own Meta account, so they never appear on a TapBrig invoice and there is no margin for us to add. What you pay us is the plan price, and what Meta charges is between you and Meta — priced per message by category and by where your customer is.
