How TapBrig compares
What counts as an "AI message"?
One AI-generated reply on any channel — Cards, WhatsApp, or WebChat. Customer messages, form submissions, and CRM views don't count. Only the AI's outgoing replies.
What happens if I exceed my monthly bundle?
We don't throttle silently. You stay live; extra messages bill at S$ 0.12 each, metered with daily batch reporting. We'll nudge you well before hitting overage so you can upgrade if it'd be cheaper.
Can I switch tiers or products mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades apply on your next billing cycle. Moving from individual products to All-In-One keeps your data, tone, CRM, and training intact.
How much do I save with All-In-One?
Up to about a third versus buying the three products separately, depending on the tier. On Solo: S$ 137 → S$ 119 (save S$ 18/mo). On Essential: S$ 347 in equivalent Team plans → S$ 229 (save ~S$ 118/mo). Plus, you get a unified inbox and shared AI brain across channels.
Do the prices include tax?
No. All prices exclude GST where applicable. Where tax is due, it's added and shown as a separate line on your invoice — so the plan price you see is the plan price, before tax.
Do Meta's WhatsApp message fees apply on top?
Yes. Meta charges per message sent through the WhatsApp Business API, priced by message category and the recipient's country — we pass that through at cost, billed monthly. We show your projected fee in-app so there's no surprise.
