What's the difference between the three products?
Cards is your AI digital name card — a tappable handle that follows up on every contact. WhatsApp plugs into the official Business API to auto-reply DMs from one inbox. WebChat is a chat widget you paste on your site. Behind all three sits the same AI brain, so it learns once and shows up wherever you turn it on.
Can I start with one product and add more later?
Yes. Most teams start with one channel — usually WhatsApp — and add the others as their needs grow. When you turn on a second channel, the AI keeps the same training and tone. When you have all three, switch to All-In-One and stop paying for them separately.
Do I need technical skills to set this up?
No. Most customers go live in under an afternoon. You upload your docs and PDFs, paste your website, and confirm a few FAQs. WhatsApp setup needs an official Business API connection — we walk you through it. For WebChat, a developer needs to paste a two-line snippet on your site.
What languages does the AI support?
English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin — and it mirrors the language of whoever is messaging. If someone DMs in Mandarin, the reply comes back in Mandarin.
How does AI message billing work?
Each plan includes a monthly bundle of AI replies. One reply = one AI-generated message in any channel. Unused replies don't roll over. If you hit your cap, we'll tell you well before and you can either top up or upgrade — we never throttle silently.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train shared models. We're aligned with Malaysia's PDPA and Singapore's PDPC; full security pack and DPA available on request.
