Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes — as long as it's not on the WhatsApp Business App today. We'll guide you through migration to the official Business API. Typical timeline: 24–48 hours from sign-up to first AI reply.
Will I get the green tick (verified) badge?
Eligible businesses can apply. We file the application with Meta on your behalf. Approval rates vary — typically takes 1–4 weeks. Not all businesses qualify (Meta has its own criteria); we'll be upfront about expectations.
Does this include WhatsApp's own conversation fees?
No — those are billed separately by Meta (per 24-hour conversation window, varies by category and region). We pass them through at cost, no markup. We'll show you a projected fee in-app based on your category and typical volume.
What happens when the AI doesn't know an answer?
It hands off — gracefully. The AI tells the customer "let me check with the team," tags the conversation with the gap, and pings whoever you've designated. It also adds the unanswered Q to a queue for you to add to your KB later.
What if I want to disable the AI temporarily?
