We build the AI that lets SMBs answer like the big guys.
Every business nowadays has the same problem the multinationals had ten years ago — too many DMs, too few hands. TapBrig closes the gap. One AI brain that learns your business, answers your customers, and grows your bookings while you sleep.
Built for the businesses we used to be.
We ran our own digital marketing agency. We were losing customers — to slow WhatsApp replies, to enquiries that died on the website, to handed-out name cards that never came back. We weren't an AI company. We were two friends running a small consultancy, watching every Friday night the same thing happen: dozens of DMs piling up, half a dozen lost enquiries, the dread of Sunday morning catch-up.
We tried every chatbot on the market. They were either too expensive for an SMB, too clunky for a customer, or too generic to know our actual business. None of them sounded like us. And every single one made our customers feel they were talking to a robot.
TapBrig — short for "tap" (the gesture) and "brig" (the bridge, between you and your customer) — was born.
We run AI for businesses of every shape: agencies, property firms, clinics and salon groups, training academies, indie SaaS. The customers haven't changed — they're still the SMBs the multinationals built their first AI tools to ignore. We just refuse to ignore them.
The AI shouldn't sound like an AI. It should sound like the best version of you on a quiet Tuesday afternoon.
Wherever your customers message you.
WhatsApp is global. A chat widget is global. A card you share by link is global. TapBrig works anywhere your customers already are — and we're rolling out local billing market by market.
Available worldwide
Any business with WhatsApp, a website, or a link to share can run TapBrig today — no local entity or local phone number required. The AI answers in whatever language your customer writes in.
Local billing, market by market
Most platforms bill everyone in USD and let you eat the conversion. We'd rather charge you in your own currency. MYR and SGD are live; more are rolling out.
Four principles. Non-negotiable.
Most software companies bury their principles in a careers page. Ours are how we choose what to build, what to refuse, and how to talk to you when something goes wrong.
AI should sound like you, not like AI.
Every reply should feel like a slightly-too-articulate version of you on a good day. If your customers can tell it's a bot in three messages, we've failed. We obsess over tone calibration, not parameter counts.
SMBs deserve enterprise tools at SMB prices.
The same AI that runs a 200-person sales team should run a 2-person studio. We don't water down features for cheaper plans — we engineer costs down. S$ 29 customers and S$ 1,199 customers run the same model.
Local where it counts.
The AI answers in whatever language your customer writes in — because it has to. We bill you in your own currency instead of forcing USD on you, support local payment rails, and align with the data-protection law that applies to you. We build close to the businesses we serve, not from Palo Alto.
The AI knows when to ask for a human.
No AI is right 100% of the time. Ours is built to escalate gracefully — to admit uncertainty, hand off cleanly, and never bluff a customer with a hallucinated answer. We optimize for trust, not coverage.
Come say hello.
We're a small team building something we believe in. If TapBrig sounds like it could help your business, we'd love to talk.
